Saturday Sparing Class
I have had to stop my sparing class temporally on these dates only because of my training schedule for the WAKO World Championships in November. Lisa will still be teaching her class at 1.15pm to 2.15pm and you are welcome to attend these sessions if you still want to train. Sorry if this has caused any inconvenience.
